Weber County 4-H Livestock News

The Weber County Jr. Livestock program is designed for youth in 3rd-12th grades with an interest in livestock and related events. The program helps youth learn about animals as well as develop life skills such as leadership, public speaking and responsibility. There are activities for youth who own animals and those who do not. Activities include 4-H club meetings, livestock shows and the Weber County Fair, livestock judging, livestock quiz bowl, livestock testing program, and workshops.

Jr. Livestock Tagging

It's time to get your animals tagged for the Weber County Fair. To show a 4-H project animal, you will need to have your animal tagged on one of the following dates:

Steers, Bucket Calves & Hogs: Anderson's Livestock

Wednesday, May 1 (5-7 pm)
Saturday, May 4 (8-10 am)

Sheep & Hogs: Weber County Fairgrounds

Wednesday, May 29 (5-7 pm)
Saturday, June 1 (8-10 am)
